Notes from building products and figuring things out

Especially now, when AI changes how quickly we can build, but not necessarily how well we think.

This newsletter explores product intuition, validation, user behavior, experimentation, and the messy reality behind product decisions.

Just thoughtful observations from building, questioning, testing, and rethinking how products actually succeed.

Who am I?

Originally an engineer, now living in product for many years.

Had and still have a lot of ideas. Some worked, many failed, plenty got destroyed halfway through. A few turned into products that real people still actively use today. Many are still work in progress.

This space is basically where I think out loud about what building products actually feels like.

Why “Launch. Learn. Iterate.”

Because most good products are not discovered fully formed. They emerge through cycles.

Launch something,
Learn from reality,
Iterate without ego.
